The Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsman approached Picture Ideas to design a new UX/UI solution for the website and to present the institution’s information, texts, access to the institution’s activities, and the possibility to lodge a complaint in a more user-friendly form.

In addition to the UX/UI design, we focused on the unique styling of the website, new technologies and accessibility for the disabled and visually impaired. The website is integrated with a spoken language synthesiser developed by VDU university, which allows lygybe.lt administrators to turn any text on the website into an audio file in a few minutes and to provide an audio version of the website page in clear Lithuanian language.
